When you register as a learner, on the skills database, or as a vendor, we collect the details and documents you provide — including names, ID numbers, contact details, company information and uploaded documents (ID copies, CVs, POP, qualifications, CIPC, SARS and B-BBEE documents).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@giyanidevelopmentagency.co.za and quoting your reference number. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
