The Giyani Development Agency (GDA) is a local development agency serving Greater Giyani in the Mopani District of Limpopo, South Africa. The Agency was established to accelerate socio-economic development by planning and delivering catalytic projects in five programme areas: youth development, agriculture, skills development, civil infrastructure and housing.
Giyani is home to industrious people, productive land and a young population. The Agency exists to convert that potential into work, enterprise and improved daily life — by registering our learners, recording our skills, supporting our farmers and businesses, and delivering infrastructure with local hands.
The Agency works alongside the Greater Giyani Local Municipality, traditional leadership, sector departments and the private sector.
